Penn Forest Streams Property Owners Association (PFSPOA) consists of community members in good standing who volunteer their time to make sure the community runs efficiently, effectively, and in the best interest of all members.
The Board of Directors is made up of twelve (12) property owners who are elected to a three (3) year term at the annual meeting of property owners held on the third (3rd) Saturday in July. Board members volunteer their time and services without compensation. Four (4) of the Board members are elected by the Board Members to serve as Executive Officers for the Association. The Executive Officers are: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The elected Board Members are recognized as Directors on the Board and may be assigned to manage a department in addition to serving on various committees which provide the community services and amenities. All Board members serve on the Budget and Firewise Committees.
